How to add people in Divvy:
In Divvy, admins can add people individually or in bulk.
Adding people individually
Only admins can add people in Divvy.
1. Select People from the left menu.

3. When the Add person window opens, fill out the person's information.
Please note that an email is a unique field that can only be used once inside a Divvy Company.
4. Check the box if the person being added is an Administrator.

5. Check the box if you would like to Send an invitation now to the person being added:
Sending an invitation allows a person to set their password and access their account in Divvy.
6. Click Order physical card if you would like the person you are adding to have a physical card. (Keep in mind that even if a user has a card, they still cannot spend unless budget funds have been allocated to them.)
7. If you are ordering a physical card for the person and would like to customize the shipping method and/or alternate shipping address, click Customize physical card delivery.

Adding people in bulk
Only admins can add people in Divvy.
Important note: If you add people in bulk, physical cards will be shipped to the mailing address of your company (via standard shipping). Expediting card orders and alternate shipping address support for card orders is coming soon to the CSV uploader. Please contact us if you would like to expedite a bulk card order.
1. Select People from the left menu.
2. Click 'Add Person' in the upper right-hand corner.

4. Click on Download this CSV template to access Divvy's CSV template.

5. Using the CSV template, enter your people into the file:
- Under Admin, specify whether each person is an admin or not.
- Under Send invite, specify whether each person should receive an invite to set their password and access Divvy once the CSV uploads.
- Under Physical card, specify whether a card should be ordered for each person.
Please note that the file must be in .csv format, have all required fields completed, and cannot contain more than 150 rows. Otherwise, an error will be presented.
6. Once ready, upload your CSV file.
7. Review the accuracy of your bulk upload before proceeding.
8. Click Import People to finish the upload process.
You will receive an email confirmation of your bulk people upload. If any errors have occurred, you will receive a modified version of your CSV file with an additional errors column specifying the remaining issues.
